I love these kitchen tiles. They remind me of old German gas heaters that were also covered with beautiful tiles.

It is a great idea to let the sun and summer come by rearranging the funiture and add sunny colors to it.

I guess I will do that too … once it gets warmer

What a beautiful bathroom.

For me a bathroom is as important as any other room in the house.

I like the idea using wood for flooring and headboard. It really warms up the place.

I will keep it in mind for my next renovation.

Orange is great as an accent color. It definitely adds pop and pizzazz to any room and is really fun to play with. There is much more of a spectrum than “pumpkin” to work with.

Furniture is key! I agree bulky, over-sized furniture can take away from the appeal of apartment living. I use mirrors opposite my natural light to open the space more and if a coffee table isn’t needed trust me leave it at the store.

The key with patterns and texture is to not overdo it! You don’t want to feel like you live in a clown house of color and design. A few strong accent pieces can really liven up a room.
